VEC executed Ultra Low Sulphur Diesel project for  Cenex Refinery in Canada with project partner Shaw Stone & Webster. The project includes multi-disciplined detailed engineering services for De - Sulphurisation plant for producing Ultra Low Sulhpur Diesel to meet US EPA’s tier 2 specifications.   The project was completed in April 2004.
