VEC executed Diesel Hydro De - Sulphurisation Project for Hindustan Petroleum Corporation India through Larsen & Toubro Limited and the project scope included providing multi - discipline detailed engineering services for DHDS unit with offsite & utilities.  The project was completed in June 2000.
