VEC assists the EPC contractors in preparation of the EPC bid by providing preliminary MTO’s for bulk items and Data sheets / specifications for tagged items for Mechanical, Electrical, Equipment, Piping and Instrument disciplines. These deliverables will assist the EPC bidder to obtain a budgetary price based on which the bidder can estimate the cost of the project. Review and evaluation of vendor offers are also undertaken at the request of the customer.
