VEC executes detailed engineering for a project based on the requirements of a basic bid package involving all the disciplines. Detailed engineering covers Analysis, Design Calculations, Detailed Drawings, and Purchase Specifications. The detailed engineering deliverables can be achieved either through 2D drawings or 3D modeling.

VEC make use of 3D modeling tools during the detailed engineering phase of a project. After completion of the model, various deliverables from the model will be extracted e.g. Isometrics, Piping GAD’s , Electrical and Instrumentation layouts and MTOs. The advantages lie in the total elimination of errors / clashes which arises during the execution stage.
